Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use trusted UK courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently. Smaller orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which provides reliable delivery for lighter parcels. Larger or heavier shipments are sent with APC, a specialist courier chosen for their secure handling of liquids and dependable service. The shipping provider used for your order will depend on the size and weight of your purchase.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information where available.

Failed or Damaged delivery

We are not liable for delivery errors due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you during the purchasing process nor for any damage or delays after delivery to a carrier organised by you and not offered or recommended by us.

If the goods are not received or collected at the time or within the period specified, they will be returned to us. We will contact you to schedule a second delivery attempt or to agree on a future course of action.

Unless otherwise agreed, each delivery attempt after the first will be at your expense.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents. We will assess the issue and work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
