Description
Traditional Method Sparkling Rosé
Pen Y Clawdd, meaning “head of the bank” in Welsh, is the location of our oldest vineyard. Planted 22 years ago, these mature vines yield exceptional fruit, brimming with freshness and character.
Our debut traditional method sparkling wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Seyval Blanc. Delicately whole-bunch pressed, the cuvée (first press) uses only the best juice. Secondary fermentation takes places in bottle, followed by 18 months lees ageing.
