Unfiltered and undergoing secondary fermentation in bottle, it delivers a subtle spritz and natural cloudiness that reflects its artisanal production.
Crafted from a blend of aromatic white grape varieties, Clidda Gawr offers lively aromas of elderflower, passionfruit, and gentle yeasty notes. Drink once settled for fresh, floral flavours, or awaken the giant with a gentle shake to distribute the sediment, revealing extra toasty, brioche depth.
