Clidda Gawr is a local legend, a giant who was said to live nearby to our vineyard, in his fortress upon Clytha Hill. This Col Fondo has gone through secondary fermentation in bottle without filtration giving it a cloudy, subtle spritz.
A blend of aromatic white varietals with elderflower, passionfruit and yeasty characters. Drink once settled or wake the giant by giving a gentle shake to distribute the sediment for extra toasty-brioche depth.
Suitable for vegans. Contains sulphites.
